One Single Tear.
One single tear from a red rose did fall,
One single tear when I heard not your call.
One lonely soft petal that would cry out for you too,
One lonely soft petal that whispers I will always love you.
My heart sighs a song of red roses you gave,
My song has a sigh in my heart, that you will forever stay.
Soft velvet red wrapped to form each gentle bud,
Gentle arms reach out to hold onto your love.
Red roses are perfect in the eyes that behold,
As gentle whispers of love from each petal is told.
The fragrance of love is sweet from each rose that is red,
As the petals that fall speak of love that is said.
Red roses remain a treasure deep within the depths of my heart,
Where the treasure of red roses shall never depart.
Red roses shall fade like a storm far out at sea,
But the roses you gave shall always belong only, and only to me.

Ozmaid - that is beautiful. I can't possibly imagine what it would be like to lose a child. It is every parents absolute worst fear. You are very brave to share it with us all
