I tried again, after reading your comment, used all the hints and got just as stuck. I could not even finish one square, let alone more. Sorry Jessie, I truly am hopeless with numbers. To me they are largely meaningless.

Thanks for the Christmas games You Play. Though big prizes are nice, sharing the love with small magazine prizes was wonderful last year...especially as they arrived in the mail.

I have the 10 mags and 3 decs - and I agree stitchpuzz - I love receiving Lovatts prizes in the mail, it amazes me hoew exciting one gets over a teaspoon or tea towel lol !

I agree stitch - was heaps of fun last year wondering if you were gonna be in the first 100 to complete the hunt and get a magazine :-) I think i preferred that format to the 1 winner this year

I agree there. Surely there could have been some consolation prizes of a magazine for more winners. The main prize need not have been so big. It would be more fun if we knew we stood a hope of getting some prize. I will keep searching, but it's not realistic to be spending all our time searching.

i found 4 xmas decs and 10 mags,has anyone found more than 4 xmas decs yet?i am new at holiday hunt,but they had one last year i think,good hunting.

I found a fifth dec today. That's the top 5 along with the mags.

Oh dear, you're all doing better than me. How many hours can I spend looking, I ask myself. Seems many more. Off searching....again.

I have only been able to find one decoration in the last couple of days. Some of the magazines are coming up again even though I have them all. Does it work that the longer you are on that you are more likely to find everything? Like most people I can't be on the computer all day.

For people having trouble finding items try refrshing a page where things turn up....I find another item turns up every few refreshes. It seems to be the quickest way of finding each new item for me.

I have tried various ways of doing it, but it seems to have a mind of its own. It took a while but I finally found the 6th decoration.

I just had a look at the Xmas book from last year. It is a very good indication of what was achieved by the Forum.

Thanks Stitchpuzz for the tip. I've been trying it but to no avail I'm afraid. Have spent dozens of hours this week, nights and days and not getting any further along. Just keep seeing the mags and I have them all. Only on the computer at a friends until Friday as my comp at home died. Hope I find them before Friday afternoon! Good luck all!

Was wondering if all the decorations are up, as I have 10 mags & 9 decs. Simply can't find the last one.

jessie theres a problem sending form when you find 20 items,the form goes pale still with writing,when you click enter,i sent bug report also,as i don,t think form got sent,usually it says,sent ok,when you send puzzle in etc, same happened now at daughters house,have our entries gone thru?or do we need try again,?having spent hours finding the items,we want to make sure the form goes thru,

Hi YouPlayers, WOW you lot are good! I've only found 16 items... To answer your question, you WILL be notified if you're a winner - but only once we have all the winners in and the promotional period has ended - it's the law! (I will say however, that if you've found all items today, you can pretty safely consider yourself a winner of something! But unfortunately I do have to wait until the hunt ends to publish the list of winners).

Addy - please see above comment. The form is meant to just go pale after you press submit. The wonderful Jason from the Dev. Team has thoroughly checked and there's no problems with entries getting through so congratulations to those that have already (!) found all 20 items. Jess x

Thanks Jessie, I love it when you have the hunts... although it does mean I get I don't get much else achieved. I have taken the day off work to catch up on a few things...and have wound up spending most of the day if front of the computer

Confession - im no theorist! But I am happy to have found 2O items earlier today.

I found the last decoration at approximately 12.03pm AEST,Friday, December 4, and submitted the competition entry form. The form faded out as mentioned by others above. However, the form is on the Holiday Hunt page again, blank, waiting for details to be entered. The form also states that the first 250 players will be automatically notified. Judging by the chat room no-one has been automatically notified. Have our entry forms actually been received?

Congrats to all who have found all 20, I guess not everyone can win. It was kind of fun I am still 4 short. I haven't quite given up yet, but i am not confident.

Absolutely enjoyed doing this Xmas puzzle. Now comes the hard part, waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting (for the list of prize winners)and waiting...

I did it! I found them all. Even though I started the game on the 16th and I'm not even eligible to win because I'm in the USA, I can't pass up a good challenge! Merry Christmas one and all!
