The Holiday Hunt Begins!

I have just found my first item, clicked on it and the message said item claimed. Clicked on progress underneath item and was directed to a page with the iPad picture, no Christmas tree . . . is there a problem or is it me.

Me again . . . just tried to click on a candle and nothing at all happened.

I clicked on my first item redirected me to oage with ippad picture but no item shown, have since clicked on 2 more items and nothing happened

I'm having the same luck as Pluck. The first item I clicked on, the Item Claimed, appeared, but when I clicked to View Progress, there was nothing showing up. The second time, nothing happened at all no matter where i clicked. So I have reported it.

Can you tell us how many icons have been released so far??

I have so far clicked on 5 items and have had no trouble being directed to the page with the Ipad picture and tree etc. This game becomes addictive, I should be doing other things.

I have been trying to see how many icons I have but all I get is a blank Ipad picture. I also found Christmas tree but when I clicked on it nothing happened it was if it was frozen???

I just accessed Christmas tree and says no items found. I have found 8 items what is going on?????

I have had the same problems and if you write a support ticket that will make the team aware that we are havibg problems.I just hope i don`t have to start all over again as I have also found 8 items

I got an email saying that it looked like the file had been corrupted and that it was now restored but it is still telling me no items found.

Last night I found three but haven't come up, today I have played about 60 games and haven't seen one. To the people who have found 8 my congratulations, hopefully when they fix the problems we will all catch you up lol.

Same here also, yesterday had a good day on the hunt, but today all I find is that icon/link. Have sent a support ticket. Oh, well, it is not the end of the world ( so to speak )... :)

I only started today & found 4 but had no issues with attaching to the tree.

i had two this morning that it wouldn't let me claim when i clicked on them haven't found any this afternoon since i started looking I have 8 so far

I had those problems yesterday, but thankfully Jason has found the Problem, and all the items I clicked on yesterday were on my Christmas Tree this morning. No Problems today though. Good Luck to all and a Very Merry Christmas.

Yes, but very boring when nothing pops up in the space of 24 hours of intermittent clicking on pages. I've only had one more since Wednesday - and I've checked SO many pages :-(

and so have I have found 1 in the last 2 days

I've noticed that the (very) few I have seen and collected over the past few days have only appeared only after I have made the top five scores in whichever game I am playing :(

I'm glad I'm not the only one having trouble finding them :o)

Every year I wonder how people manage to get so many when I find sooooooooo few. I try going everywhere, playing games I don't usually play & still seldom find them. Tips anyone??

Go page after page per section & push the back button to get where you clicked before & keep an eye out on the top left, I am up to only 12 but that is the best way I have found. Good luck all, I really enjoy these competitions, cheap easy & fun entertainment :)

i am up to 14, my tips are keep clicking,looking,lots patience and time,enjoy hunting.

I have been looking for 2 days and havn`t found any symbols at all.I am starting to get rather depressed but I will not give up.

I found 14 items and when I check the tree, the bottom part of it is all filled up. Found some of the items totally accidentally. There are a LOT of pages to look through.

Today is the first day I have not found an item. Getting rather upset but I will have to keep on playing. It certainly takes perseverance.

I have managed to find 24 items but it just seems to be just luck as I don`t have a system and I don`t think there is one you just have to keep looking and looking.I will end up with my computer slowing down as I use all my broadband.

The black sleigh is the 30th item. It is green on the tree before being claimed, then it appears in silhouette.

I have the sleigh in black, but I still have only 28. Cant find the other 2. Congrats to the winners.

... something weird happened. I found the black sleigh and after I claimed it I checked my progress and the green star was filled in ! .... still only have 29.

Just not my day today, found the black sleigh early this morning and have found nothing since. That was lucky debby1965 you have found 1 more than me. Don't think I have much chance of getting them all.

Hi Beauregarde, The items wont come through in any order, they are set to display randomly. Also, you will only be shown the items that are not found so keep your eyes peeled for the missing items - strange that you have items on your tree that you have not found though... those Christmas gremlins must be playing tricks on you!

Woo Hoo! I've finally found all 30 items. I only had 19 up to tonight and the remaining 11 came up in quick succession, to my amazement.

This is the first hunt I have ever completed as well, I thought I still had more to find but after finding the sleigh I realised I had 30. I'm just rapt in the fact that I have found them all so that is my prize anything else I may or may not get will be a bonus, best contest ever and merry Christmas to all the hunt participants

I started the competition at the beginning finding quite a few icons, but had to go away for a week (no computer). I realise I had no hope of being the first to finish, but really enjoyed finding my 30 icons. Very satisfying. Merry Christmas to all at Lovatts and fellow players.
